The animation team was fantastic, especially with our two babies, making sure all families had fun activities. The food was delicious, with something for everyone, and the kids' club was a life-saver for us parents to relax for a bit.
My kids wished there were more kid-friendly dining options.

I had an incredible time at this hotel! The food was amazing—so much variety and beautifully presented, better than most I've had. The pool area was fantastic with plenty of sunbeds available. Also, the entertainment staff were a highlight, always cheerful and engaged! I'd definitely return.

Had a great time with friends. The rooms are spacious and the pool area is perfect for chilling. We enjoyed relaxing at the onsite spa and checking out the local dining options. The entertainment team knew how to get everyone involved! Just a heads up, the gym equipment is a bit limited.

missingWrote a review on Jul 06comfortable bedfriendly breakfast staffgreat locationunfriendly staffcleanliness issuesrepetitive food
Staying here was a mix of highs and lows. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to beautiful beaches and nearby restaurants. Our room, a Suite Pool View, was spacious with a comfortable bed, making it easy to settle in. The indoor pool was a nice retreat on cloudy days, but it was colder than expected. The food at the breakfast buffet was decent, offering a good variety, but it did get repetitive after a few days. One downside was the lack of proper communication from staff. they rarely provided information unless asked. During our stay, I also encountered some cleanliness issues, particularly with the shared spaces. It felt like some areas could use more regular attention. While the staff in the breakfast area were friendly, the reception staff could benefit from additional training on customer service. Overall, enjoy the location and room comfort, but improvements in service quality and cleanliness are definitely needed.
